A quote you can compare

A useful quotation connects the item number to its selling unit, packing format, carton quantity and delivery basis. Tell us whether you buy by set, display box or master carton. Ask for unit pricing and carton pricing in the same currency so that different offers can be compared on the same basis.

Build an assortment with a job for every SKU

Use an accessible opening-price product, a core range with clear themes, and a small number of higher-value display sets. The right mix depends on your shelf space, target selling price and reorder cycle. Send an existing range list if you want alternatives for a particular gap rather than another broad catalog.

MOQ is an item-level decision

Stock packaging, an exclusive color box and a newly developed part are different buying programs. Minimums, sample availability and production timing must be confirmed for each SKU. A mixed order does not automatically remove an individual item minimum.

Move from selection to approval

Confirm the item version and packaging, review a sample when required, agree inspection criteria, and record the shipping marks. Keep the approved specification with the purchase order. If a material, color, accessory or package changes, review the change before production is released.

What to send with your first request

Include your destination country, channel, shortlisted item numbers, quantities per item, desired delivery window and any private-label requirements. A target landed cost is helpful, but identify which freight, duty and local costs it includes. We will use your brief to identify the points that need confirmation.
