Can I combine different products in one order?
Send a shortlist with quantities per item. Mixed-order feasibility, item minimums and readiness dates are confirmed together; a mixed request does not remove individual minimums.
Can you add my brand to the packaging?
Private-label options are reviewed against the selected product, artwork, languages and order quantity. Packaging customization and new product development are quoted separately.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Ask for sample availability, sample cost and shipping arrangements for the exact SKU and version. Approval steps and timing are confirmed before the bulk order.
Are all products certified for my country?
No blanket certification claim is made. Request documents for the exact model and review their scope, date and applicability to your destination with your compliance team.
Do the blocks work with other brands?
Compatibility must be checked for the exact construction system and sample. No universal compatibility or affiliation with another toy brand is implied.
How long will my order take?
